This is the agentic revolution of Vonbuild. If you request a technical drawing from a subcontractor by the 15th of the month, the Agent sends the email. With no response by the 10th, the Agent adds an event in its own internal calendar to chase them. If there is still nothing by the 14th, it alerts the Legal Master to prepare a formal notice. Scenario: autonomous follow-up that does not wait for your instructions
The Operations Master detects that a subcontractor has not provided their valid execution drawing. Without any human intervention, it engages the progressive chasing protocol with escalation to the Legal Master.
Missing document identified
The Operations Master checks the expected documents for each work package. It detects that the execution drawing for the plumbing work package (contractor Durand) was due 5 days ago. No human has yet noticed the delay. The Master immediately triggers the progressive chasing protocol.
Chaser email sent
The agent drafts a precise chaser email, citing the contract clause that requires provision of the execution drawing before work package commencement. It submits the email for validation via the ConfirmRisky protocol. Once validated, the email is sent. The agent schedules its next reminder at D+8.
Formal chaser with formal notice
No response received. The agent automatically triggers the second chaser, more formal in tone. It schedules a final reminder at D+12 and copies the Legal Master. The tone shifts: the email mentions the contractual consequences of the delivery delay.
Transfer to Legal Master
If the subcontractor responds and provides the document, the agent files it and updates the tracker. If no response after D+12, the agent transmits the complete dossier to the Legal Master: chronology of chasers, breached contract clauses, programme impact. The Legal Master prepares the formal notice. Zero omissions, zero time bar.
