Terms and Conditions of Use

Use of the Vonbuild Agentic OS platform (hereinafter "Vonbuild" or the "Platform") implies full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Use. Vonbuild is a B2B service intended exclusively for professionals in the AEC-RE industry (Architecture, Engineering, Construction and Real Estate).

1. Definition of the service

Vonbuild is an Agentic Operating System (OS) enabling the orchestration of Artificial Intelligence agents capable of assisting professionals in document management, contractual analysis, engineering and project management.

The Platform deploys 6 specialised Masters (Legal, Estimation, Engineering, Operations, Procurement, Orchestrator) that execute business methodologies defined by the user. The Masters have their own web browser (Computer Use), access your tools via MCP and operate within a private Knowledge Graph.

2. Liability and human-in-the-loop (ConfirmRisky)

This is the most important clause in these Terms and Conditions.

Vonbuild deploys advanced AI agents capable of operating software, performing calculations (Computer Use) and drafting legal or technical documents. However, Vonbuild is not a design consultancy, nor a law firm, nor a project manager.

The ConfirmRisky Protocol: the Platform is designed to block by default any high-risk action (sending external correspondence, validating drawings, payment orders).

Ultimate Liability: the User (the Conductor) has the strict obligation to review, verify and validate the proposals, calculations and deliverables generated by the Agents before any use in the real world. By clicking "Approve / Validate", the User engages their own professional liability (or that of their company). Vonbuild declines all liability in the event of damage (material, financial or legal) resulting from an error in a deliverable generated by the AI and validated by the User.

3. Intellectual property of Skills

The concept of the Vonbuild OS is founded on the creation of Skills (competencies or methodologies).

Your Skills: the methodologies, internal processes, compliance rules (Playbook) and scripts (e.g. DTU calculation script) that you, or the Agent acting on your instructions, create within your workspace remain your exclusive intellectual property. Vonbuild has no right of inspection, reuse or resale over the Company Skills you develop.

The Platform: the Vonbuild infrastructure, the OS source code, the Global Skills provided by default and the orchestration models remain the exclusive intellectual property of BUILDMANAGEMENT.IA SA.

4. Availability and access

We endeavour to maintain access to the Platform 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, with a target availability rate of 99.9%. However, Vonbuild reserves the right to suspend access for scheduled maintenance operations, informing Users in advance.

5. Pricing and payment

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually per user. The Pro plan includes LLM inference costs for normal professional fair use. The use of external automated scripts intended to overload the Vonbuild API may result in account suspension.

The Starter plan requires the User to provide their own third-party API keys, the associated costs of which are borne exclusively by the User.

No hidden fees.

6. User obligations

The user undertakes to:

  • Use the service in accordance with its intended purpose (AEC-RE project analysis and management)
  • Not attempt to circumvent security measures
  • Not use the service for illegal activities
  • Not share access credentials
  • Respect intellectual property rights
  • Not deliberately overload the infrastructure

7. Data and confidentiality

The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. Project data is hosted on sovereign European infrastructure (bare-metal, Germany). Vonbuild does not resell user data. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit.

8. Termination

  • The user may terminate their subscription at any time
  • Termination takes effect at the end of the current billing period
  • Vonbuild may terminate the account in the event of a breach of these Terms and Conditions (15 days' notice except in cases of emergency)
  • Following termination, the user has 30 days to export their data

9. Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Swiss law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation and/or execution shall fall within the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Canton de Vaud (Switzerland).

In the event of a dispute, an attempt at amicable resolution shall be preferred.

10. Amendments to the Terms and Conditions

Vonbuild reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions. Users shall be informed by email of any material amendment. Continued use of the service following notification shall constitute acceptance of the new conditions.
