The lesson: senior people spend their days on document hunts and email chases instead of judgment work.

Business strategy, M&A, restructurings. Resolving major crises across AEC firms. Systemic analysis of what's actually broken in the industry.
The conclusion: patching with consultancy doesn't scale. The industry needed a tool, not advice.

Why this · Why now

The industry was bleeding from inside.

Siloed software was the patch. The cure had to be systemic.

The AEC industry runs on senior judgement applied to junior-volume work. A partner architect spends Saturdays reconstructing email threads. A senior engineer pushes Friday-evening calc-note revisions because no one else can sign. A construction lawyer's associate burns billable hours on document chronologies that should be automated.

We've seen it from every side. From the trailer office. From the boardroom. From the M&A war room when a firm got acquired because its margins evaporated to administrative drag. The bleed isn't a technology gap. It's a workflow architecture gap.

Generic AI assistants don't fix it — they generate text but don't drive Robot, don't read CCAP clauses against the as-built programme, don't track FIDIC notification windows. ConTech project-management tools don't fix it — they organise the work, they don't do it. ChatGPT for construction is a copy. The category that solves it didn't exist.

So we built it.
